Atelier House – Heritage Restoration and Luxury Apartment Conversion.

Atelier House is a property rich in Belfast’s architectural and cultural heritage. Originally constructed as a private residence and later serving as a children’s home, it is beautifully situated within the leafy surroundings of San Souci Park, just a short walk from the Malone and Lisburn Roads.

When we first encountered the building, it had been vacant and neglected for many years, a shadow of its former grandeur. Recognising its historical significance, we worked in close collaboration with the Historic Environment Division (HED) to deliver a carefully considered restoration that honours the property’s original character.

Through a sensitive and meticulously executed approach, we preserved the timeless architectural features of Atelier House while transforming it into seven luxurious, contemporary apartments, bringing new life to this breathtaking home, ensuring its relevance for generations to come.
