Originally constructed as a private residence and later operating as a children’s home, the building occupies a prominent position within the mature surroundings of San Souci Park, just moments from the Malone and Lisburn Roads. Despite its rich heritage, the property had remained vacant and neglected for many years before BEAM was appointed to help secure its future.
Recognising the significance of the building, our team undertook a carefully considered restoration programme designed to preserve its historic character while introducing a new purpose for modern living.
