Designed by renowned architect Alan Patterson, the project involved the construction of a modern five-bedroom detached residence extending to approximately 6,000 square feet across three floors. Acting as Main Contractor, BEAM managed the successful delivery of the project from construction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship throughout.
